I make a crust-less Quiche that is Da Bomb. Not my EXACT recipe, but swap out shredded Swiss for your cheese choice and you will not be disappointed; it holds together better, overall.

My other tip would be to spray your deep-dish pie pan with cooking spray, then sprinkle it with a healthy dose of El Cheap-O Kraft-type grated Parmesan cheese. It makes for a less-soggy crust.
