We’re not talking NIH or CDC here. We’re talking EM, Radar and physics. You latch onto a word like NEXRAD and all of a sudden they’re weather altering conspiracies. Truth be told, most of the beauty of the new weather radars is in the backend processing and not in the pulsed power. You just need to stop and go on off and find some other conspiracy, frankly you’re wildly out of your depth here
