She was murdered in Cleveland, Oh, in 1980 but she was the 100 meter track gold medalist in the 1932 Summer Olympics.

Was she a hermaphrodite? Which probably happens in .oo5% of human births.

Pretty impressive, despite having mosaicism at a time when medicine wasn’t that advanced, to have expelled at athletics.

Did Stanisława Walasiewicz have Turner Syndrome (a malfunctioning X Chromosome) or Klinefelter syndrome where boy is born with an extra copy of the X chromosome (XXY)? Klinefelter syndrome is the only real time where a baby is born trans. Usually, a female baby has 2 X chromosomes (XX) and a male has 1 X and 1 Y (XY). But in Klinefelter syndrome, a boy is born with an extra copy of the X chromosome (XXY). O.2% of boys suffer from this with a range of symptoms.

If her genetic/genital anomalies did not pertain to her murder or death, then why the hell did the state think it was appropriate to release those details of her autopsy?
