Did Stanisława Walasiewicz have Turner Syndrome (a malfunctioning X Chromosome) or Klinefelter syndrome where boy is born with an extra copy of the X chromosome (XXY)? Klinefelter syndrome is the only real time where a baby is born trans. Usually, a female baby has 2 X chromosomes (XX) and a male has 1 X and 1 Y (XY). But in Klinefelter syndrome, a boy is born with an extra copy of the X chromosome (XXY). O.2% of boys suffer from this with a range of symptoms.

I have a relative with Klinefelters. He is definitely male. However he has interesting characteristics. No beard. Sterile. Diagnosed as an adult, the doctor noticed right away that he had the posture and movement of a Klinefelter’s. Many of these people have learning difficulties and a very black and white outlook on life. No nuances. Rigid. Many end up in jail.

The article suggests she was an XX, XY mosaic, the result of two embryos, one female, one male, fusing very early.
