To: Mr Rogers

I guess I will give it a try. My brain is messed up and could turn into dementia, according to the 5 hours of memory testing I took in December. I am already eating low-carb (not overweight), 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, and 2 tablespoons of ACV, avocados, no dairy. Supposed to drink coconut milk and eat plain coconut yogurt. I eat between the hours of 12 and 8. She would like me to increase my fast by another hour. She’s a wonderful neurologist but I never stop thinking about food.

I want to eat something I like.
