That is precisely what democrats have feared in the last 3 1/2 years. Trump going after the democrats who stole the election for Biden, and also going after the democrats who turned the J6 demonstration into an attempt to undo the Biden win; and also going after the democrats who have politicized law-enforcement; etc.

It's why democrats have to find Trump guilty of something, no matter what the case, and no matter how political the charges are, and no matte how untruthful the charges are. And now, hey only seem to have the case in NYC to fall back on, so, no verdict other than guilty will be allowed. It's their only opportunity to get Trump, even if they can't prove any of the allegations. Innocent in the eyes of the general population, but guilty in the eyes of the crooked DA and judge, and U.S. president. It's the same as Putin being judge, prosecutor and jury, where only what he says matters.
