Minsk agreement, Ukraine was to supposed to be neutral country and not join NATO in order to remain at peace with Russia. That happened in 2015. So why then did Ukraine talk about wanting to join NATO in 2022 with VP Kamala Harris giving a speech acknowledging this. Ukraine wasnt honoring the agreement that it made. Ukraine broke the agreement with our help. Remember the Cuban missile crisis? I stand by my statement. And, we blew up the nordstream pipeline. I stand by that too
