Black people have been told to celebrate ignorance.
Ignorance helps to "keep them down".
Slave owners forbid black people from learning to read.
Democrats make sure black children have incentives to avoid learning to read.

As Chris Rock said, there are two kinds of black people.
And "books is like kryptonite to n*****s".

The Hodge twins. It’s like listening to a black version of Click and Clack, the Tappet Brothers.

Denzel Washington is famous for repeatedly saying, "It's not color, it's culture." That doesn't just apply to black filmmakers being better qualified to make "black" films, it also applies to the the very problems the men in the video are addressing. The black community has created for itself and swaddled itself in a corrosive culture based on toxic values, sometimes because they know that's what pisses of whitey. cRap music, deadlocks, and britches hanging so low they show the crack of your butt would have died out ages ago if it White folk would shut up about how much it irritates them.

When you study what it was like to be a slave in the colonies, and in these United States prior to emancipation, over and over and over again the one desire that pops up, almost as strong as the desire for freedom, is the desire to be literate. So many slaves wanted to be able to read and write, and they were willing to risk severe punishment from slaveowners who wanted to keep them illiterate.
Eight generations after emancipation, and white people are practically begging, and spending gazillions of bucks and time and effort, trying to get black children to read, and the N-word class refuses. Stupid, stupid, stupid!
Full disclosure: At least one of my direct ancestors was a plantation slaveowning massa—something I never knew until I traced my own family history, back in the pre-internet-ancrestrydotcom days. (There is a retired NFL defensive veteran whom I think is the direct descendant of one of my ancestor’s slaves, but at this point I haven’t found sufficient evidence to say for sure.)

I’m not needing a video to explain the differences. It’s pretty obvious from the outside in.

Culture isn’t the issue here. This woman is D-U-M-B. Low IQ will be dumb in any culture.
