A recent study released by the University of Pittsburgh and Boston University has found that the number of individuals choosing permanent sterilization methods has continuously risen over the past few years. While the study focused on the sharp rise in sterilization following the Supreme Court’s overturn of Roe v. Wade with the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision, it also notes that sterilization was already on the rise prior to Dobbs — reinforcing the trend in population decline seen worldwide.
Per the report, which was published in the JAMA Health Forum, there was an immediate jump in tubal ligations and vasectomies in patients between the ages of 18 and 30 in June 2022, the month after the leak of the draft Dobbs decision indicating Roe’s impending overturn. However, the report also found that sterilizations were already on the rise prior to this event, as each month there were roughly three more tubal ligations per 100,000 patients and one more vasectomy per 100,000 patients. In June 2022, those rates rose as the number of patients seeking these procedures averaged 58 more tubal ligations and 27 more vasectomies per 100,000 patients.
The numbers reflect a growing trend as people are going to whatever lengths necessary — even permanent sterilization — to ensure that they remain child-free. In fact, the birth rate has been trending downward in the United States and worldwide over the last few generations as materialism has become an all-consuming focus for people. Children are often viewed as a burden to be avoided at all costs rather than a blessing, and fewer people are willing to sacrifice for this blessing.
This mindset, though prevalent, is poised to have dire consequences — numerous countries throughout the world are starting to recognize that they are looking at economic collapse due to shrinking populations — a fact echoed by leaders like Elon Musk and the popular economic magazine, The Economist. Some of these countries have started to implement strategies to boost population, though they seem to be having limited success.
The nation’s biggest abortion chain, Planned Parenthood, often pushed sterilization as a means of population control, especially among minority groups. While these sterilizations were often obtained by force or through coercion, the messaging of the abortion industry has been so strong that now men and women are seeking out these methods on their own.
The idea that children and parenthood are burdensome and draining has been bought hook, line, and sinker — and the world risks a massive population crisis as a result.
Few other items of note:
The monopoly birth control has on women’s health: from pills and devices — to the ridiculously high amounts of (unnecessary) hysterectomies performed even before the prime of childbearing years. Women with common disorders like endometriosis, fibroids, etc… are offered little to no other options for treatment for things like unbearable periods.
Thankfully some vasectomies are reversible? And we just need to pray for men — especially “CHRISTIAN” ones to fee convicted by the decision and have a change of heart.
It’s an indictment on traditional couples when more gay ones are willing to adopt or foster orphans or other children in need.
People, in order to fulfill their lusts without the consequence of pregnancy, are willing to modify sex organs, rendering themselves sterile. This is what you get from the Culture of Death.
So the single divine act of creation alloted to ankind, conception and birth if a child, js now relegated to oblivion. Sodom and Gomorah is being recreated.
And thise who are alive to sterilize themselves, how do they think they themsleves originated?
Soon the sterilized will gather and attempt to forcefully prevent conception and birth. That is the next step.
Sodomites are a curse upon the very soil of our earthly domain.
There might be a silver lining. Some of the mentally ill should not be raising children and making them mentally ill too. And not fertilizing the egg in the first place is not killing. Nothing to kill.
Reproducing and indoctrinating mental illness through Parenthood is our current problem.
Sterilization should be a requirement for long-term welfare. This would reduce generational poverty and depravity.

You misunderstood. Most of these mentally ill should not be raising children. This is a huge part of our current problem. Not being able to breed is actually damage control.
Ever notice how often a person trying to kill people like a sniper or a thug kill themselves after they are about to get caught? Ever wonder why? It’s an over reaction of what has happened and is made to contain so much anxiety in our society that people panic and do something stupid because they think they are supposed to. Same thing here.

Any guy who gets clipped assuming it is reversible is a fool; that is VERY risky.
I’m of two minds on this: We have to propagate the species, but many of those we wouldn’t want to breed are refusing to do so. Children aren’t for everyone, and as Westerners become more self-absorbed, it fits less and less of them. The human race will continue, but it will increasingly resemble those who don’t feel they are above having children.
Too many people with nothing to live for and nothing to die for...

This is exactly (declining birth rates) the justification the refugee/asylum industry (and government) uses to claim we need unlimited immigration from the 3rd world - to “take care of the old people,” “prop up social security,” and “save the economy.”
Remember, it's your children that are your end of life custodians.
Every family gathering became a sad cry for help every year, filled with tension, hurt feelings, alcohol, and misplaced rivalry. Grandparents that have to measure every conversation and gesture with other family as to not start a mess.
but if I work hard and leave a better world for my children they will be considered to have “white privilege” since I sacrificed so they could have more.
