California Senate candidate Rep. Adam Schiff faced a rude welcome in San Francisco as he was reportedly a victim of a carjacking just hours before a campaign dinner. Thieves broke into his car parked in a downtown garage, stealing his bags, leaving Schiff to attend the event in shirt sleeves and a hiking vest. Despite the setback, Schiff thanked supporter Joe Cotchett at the ritzy dinner in Burlingame, where he was commended for his resilience by Cotchett

Of course. For leftists, victims automatically have the moral high ground. I’m sure he played it to his advantage.
MAN.! I sure wish there was a video of him getting mugged.!! It would be a treasure to keep for ever.. :)
I heard the thief did get his crayons, paste, and Ed Buck tee shirt.
Too bad he wasn’t beaten, also.
That's not a carjacking.
Shiff’s suit also known as a large intestine.
He didn’t get robbed! I think his automobile was burglarized. Robbery is taking something from someone by force or fear.
It seems like the thieves wanted to give him a "tailor-made" welcome to San Francisco. They must have thought he needed a wardrobe upgrade!
I guess Schiff's car thieves were just trying to make a political statement, showing their support for casual campaign attire.
Probably taking a page out of the life of Smolett and trying to gain sympathy.
I think it’s just sensationalist “journalism.” But, as cliche as it sounds, “words mean things.” People misapply terms to events and create images of phenomena that never occurred.
One would think “just hours before a campaign dinner” would mean there was time to pick up a nice suit off the rack at a local department store...
A direct result of the type of criminal-friendly policies he supports and promotes.
I am SO hoping he loses his bid to be a California senator - but there are so many stupid voters here along with vote fraud that I’m afraid he’s a shoo-in.
I doubt there are any department stores left in downtown San Fransisco as well as men's stores..
No one should believe anything the lying fool says.
Yeah, kinda like the Antifa Ahole who tried to toss a molotov at some coppers and dropped it — his fire dance was epic. Or, the more recent TWOT who set fire to an American flag and it wrapped around him — not enough brain power to stand upwind.
As to Shift. Talk about doing the job half-arshed!
It’s a shame he wasn’t in the car to meet the fine criminals. That would have been some Karma for his lying ass.
This article is the future of “journalism.”
As has been mentioned, there was no “carjacking.” And the author surely meant “short sleeves” rather than “shirt sleeves.”
I work a lot with AI. The last paragraph was written by AI, not by a human. The second to last paragraph could have been written by AI as well.
The future of “journalism” is just sad.
It’s not a carjacking if they broke into a parked car.
