The battle of Chasiv Yar has started. In my younger life I was an American infantry and later intelligence officer. I follow the day-by-day news on the Ukraine war to keep up with evolving tactics and military equipment. I access pro-Ukrainian, pro-Russian and “neutral/objective” sources to get their news and analysis so I get a pretty good grasp on what happens in individual battles for villages, forests and hills. But I find HistoryLegends does a fantastic job of keeping a good handle on the longer term developments. His recent (past month or six weeks) history videos do an excellent job of tying the daily developments together.
His videos also contain considerable entertainment. Hey if you can’t laugh occasionally in a war you’ll cry at the human and material losses.

Russia just held elections, while Ukraine keeps skipping them. Just because your propaganda media *always* mentions Russian elections and Putin's legitimacy with a smug sneering tone doesn't mean he is any less popular and legitimate. No sane person would imagine he is unpopular, and the dirty secret warmongers won't admit is that if Putin died tomorrow, nothing would change in Russian policy.
By contrast your Ukrainian puppets are the legacy of the Maidan coup and are no more legitimate than your bureaucratic masters who run things quite independent of any elected officials in Western governments.
I'm glad you consider rape wrong. But you conveniently ignore the elephant in the room - when I said perversions, that was an obvious reference to LGBTQ and transgenderism that is destroying the lives of countless individuals, families, and the survival of the culture itself in the West.
Regarding religious persecution, I live in Bartlesville just a few miles from Voice of the Martyrs where I volunteer, and I have experience as a manager at another Christian NGO supporting persecuted Christians around the world. It is hypocritical for bigoted anti-Christian western nations that routinely harass Christians to portray themselves as defenders of religious liberty; at best their designation of Russia is a propaganda tool and it's noteworthy that neither VOM or anyone else I know of in Christian circles counts Russia in this category. We realize Russia can be a pain for non-Orthodox believers and that we don't have a level playing field there, but that's every bit as true when it comes to being treated as 2nd-class citizens to be plundered and abused in the US and other western countries, where we face imprisonment, "re-education," financial sanctions and so forth if we uphold biblical values in the public square.
