You have to be a Democrat to access.
The site is heavily loaded with Java Script so if you have any add blockers or JavaScript blockers then that might affect it. I just avoid sites that are loaded like that.
It is normal security. You have to access pages from links in other pages. If you try to type in a URL yourself that’s not being referred from another page on the site you get that message.

Perhaps you should look into the internet provider (mine is comcast.net in Maryland) or filters implemented by your site.
