Basically a thug carjacks a workers vehicle, a Good Samaritan tries to intervene, shoots 4x at the thug from point blank distance and misses every time, thug then puts Goodyear tread marks all over the Good Samaritan …killing him.
After watching this I’m going to practice drawing and dry firing for 1/2 an hour today then do some drawing and live firing tomorrow.
How can you miss at that range. Better to shoot out the tires then let the cops figure it out.
no idea how he could have missed him so many times that close.
Don’t shoot yourself. If you are practicing quick draw, then you have a round chambered and are more likely to injure yourself by inadvertent discharge than to come into a situation where 2 seconds count. If you are encountering situations where 2 seconds count on a regular basis, then you should consider not going to that section of town.
Gives creedance to the CCW training I giv: Stay in your lane (or not your circus, not your monkeys)
No bail? I don’t understand. Why was he even charged?
That guy is gonna needa new hard hat.
IT’S A CAR!!! Let them steal it. That is what insurance is for. How utterly stupid.
"Him" as the subject of the verb?
Unless you have no protective cover and the driver is trying to mow you down, you never shoot a weapon at a car if you have half a brain.
Your first priority is to avoid being hit by the vehicle, and warn or assist others to do the same.
Your second priority is to evaluate whether someone else’s life is in danger from the vehicle, balanced against:
a. chances of a stray bullet injuring or killing a bystander down range, and
b. what you will have to explain to the cops, a judge and a jury that would justify your actions and avoid criminal penalties.
Very few jurisdictions in this country allow cowboy vigilante antics. And very few jurors would say that a vehicle is worth more than the potential death of a human, even that of a lowlife carjacker.
Odds are one in a thousand (maybe 10,000) that he understands what “point blank” means, yet he used the term anyway.
