They sure do want people to eat the bugs. I wonder why. Do they have a bet with each other about who can convince people to do it?
Arthropod proteins, like those found in crustaceans and insects is not as digestible and the proteins found in animal meats, which can result in allergic reactions to less healthy people and tummy aches to the rest of us.

There IS a ‘learning curve’ to raising veggies, but it’s not that steep! If you don’t have room for a garden, a patio pot or two will do. Herbs are easy to grow and so delightful, and you’ll be miles ahead of the next guy when push comes to shove from Mother Government. ;)
