"It’s no great loss to the world," Fred Goldman told NBC News.
death of O.J. Simpson drew immediate reaction around the country on Thursday, renewing public interest in his era-defining 1995 murder trial — and reviving painful memories for the families who were close to the events.
Simpson was acquitted of murdering his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman, capping off what legal analysts described at the time as the "trial of the century."
Fred Goldman, Ron's father, told NBC News that the news of Simpson's death only further underscored his grief for his son, who was found stabbed to death outside Nicole's home in Los Angeles on June 12, 1994.

The trial was widely view as how to NOT conduct a trial.
Same in my workplace. Very disheartening.
The OJ trial made it clear that there were two Americas.
Goldman, lol…
He has the right to say whatever the hell he wants to.
“He was hurt emotionally by the murder, which you can get over with a little counselling and/or prayer.”
How absurd.
Agreed. Like an armchair quarterback, it’s easy to be an armchair victim. Imbuing their holy temperament to a loss they did not incur.
Ironically... after all these years.. Liberals FINALLY agree with US!!!
Go read the liberal web sites, they all now admit that OJ was guilty as hell. When at the time they all 100% claimed he was innocent and framed by racist cops.
The truth always comes out in the end.
I will agree with Fred Goldman. It’s no great loss to the world.

A huge funeral attendance will be made up of persons just wanting to be sure he is dead.
They need the white women’s vote more than the black vote.
I wonder, was the big dollar civil judgement in any way justice for his son’s death? Watching his white hot anger from afar over all these years has led me to believe that Fred has lost his way and destroyed himself and perhaps his surviving family in the process. Sad all around.
I left the office early that day, at the time, living in inner city Rochester NY. Waiting for the inevitable riots should OJ be found guilty. Already lived through the Rodney King riots.
That was repeated across the country. It gave you your first taste of how much Blacks hated Whites.
Or it showed a deep distrust of policing and the justice system.
A familiar theme today.

Or the beginning of lack of justice for Black criminals because of "race".
He can carve the white meat!
(too soon?)
After O.J. was set free and went home, he had a big party at his mansion and Dershwitz was there. Might’ve been that very night.
I’m sure he knew O.J. was guilty. It didn’t matter about Nicole and her violent death or Ron and his life cut short.
Party on, man.
Keep in mind the public nature/media circus of the murders/trial which was unprecedented at the time. I thought Mr. Goldman’s anger was a bit off-putting but considering that his family was dragged into this world-wide drama through no fault of his and his son was brutally murdered by someone who was protected by the elite for many years, I don’t blame him. I hope he finds peace now and gets the money he won in court.
