Will planet fitness be hiring an attorney for the alleged female? Would there be an issue if some young lady that had a similar physique to Racquel Welch sauntered into the mens locker room naked claiming she was a man?
My FRiend Laz tried the same thing, problem was he experienced an erection, the women too a photo and said “He is lying!”
When the proprieters of the health clun saw the photo they clearly realized that even tholugh Laz said he self identified as a woman, his arousal as a man would gave the lie, he was aroused as a man would be.
So.......there needs to be a real test available in these situations to spearate the liars from the real ones.
The liars deserve 1 years free membership and a repremand. The tuthful need to be expelled from the club.

I donāt understand how he could be arrested if itās the company policy to allow men asserting they are female to use the locker room.
I oppose the policy; I quit Planet Fitness ten years ago over it. But I donāt understand how he could be arrested.
