It is my firm conviction that “two groups of people whose members are easily identifiable as belonging to one or the other group, AND whose group AVERAGE IQ differs significantly, will never be able to peacefully coexist.”

That is what we’re living.

What that means is that we are in a world of hurt unless those groups can be separated, (as in separate countries) and allowed to pursue their own destinies.

It’s a sad reality, but a reality nonetheless.

I work in health care, and looking at the way they simply folded and knuckled under to the fallacious proclamations of the CDC, FDA, and NIH was extremely disillusioning and disgusting. If they did it our of bureaucratic inertia, laziness, and stupidity, that is bad enough. But if they did it for financial reasons, to meet vaccination goals, to force staff to get mandatory vaccinations, to increase reimbursement in some way, that is far worse.

It was one of the most profound disillusionments of my life, to see my profession act as it did.

I have always known the Medical Profession leans far to the Left, but this graphic I just saw a few days ago illustrates it well:

And there was this, that I saw a couple of years ago during the pandemic. It was one of the most profoundly disturbing things I have ever seen.

It has the look and feel of a Marxist Struggle Session, and all the students got up and recited it. I have no information on whether any entering students refused to recite it. This is the new 'Woke Hippocratic Oath":

As the entering class of 2020, we start our medical journey amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and a national civil rights movement reinvigorated by the killings of Breonna Taylor, George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery. We honor the 700,000+ lives lost to COVID-19, despite the sacrifices of health care workers.

We recognize the fundamental failings of our health care and political systems in serving vulnerable communities. This oath is the first step in our enduring commitment to repairing the injustices against those historically ignored and abused in medicine: Black patients, Indigenous patients, Patients of Color and all marginalized populations who have received substandard care as a result of their identity and limited resources.

Acknowledging the privilege and responsibility that come with being a physician, I take this oath as a call to action to fulfill my duty to patients, to the medical profession and to society.

Thereby, I pledge as a physician and lifelong student of medicine:

I will support and collaborate with my colleagues across disciplines and professions, while respecting the patient’s vital role on the health care team.

I will honor my physical, mental and emotional health so as to not lessen the quality of care I provide.

I will carry on the legacy of my predecessors by mentoring the next generation of diverse physicians.

I will recognize the pivotal role of ethical research in the advancement of medicine and commit myself to endless scholarship with the ultimate goal of improving patient care.

I will care for my patients’ holistic well-being, not solely their pathology. With empathy, compassion and humility, I will prioritize understanding each patient’s narrative, background and experiences while protecting privacy and autonomy.

I will champion diversity in both medicine and society, and promote an inclusive environment by respecting the perspectives of others and relentlessly seeking to identify and eliminate my personal biases.

I will be an ally to those of low socioeconomic status, the BIPOC community, the LGBTQIA+ community, womxn/women, differently-abled individuals and other underserved groups in order to dismantle the systemic racism and prejudice that medical professionals and society have perpetuated.

I will educate myself on social determinants of health in order to use my voice as a physician to advocate for a more equitable health care system from the local to the global level.

I will restore trust between the health care community and the population in which I serve by holding myself and others accountable, and by combating misinformation in order to improve health literacy.

In making this oath, I embrace the ever-changing responsibilities of being a physician and pledge to uphold the integrity of the profession in the clinic and beyond.

The problem is that most people do not have either the knowledge or the opportunity to appropriately assess competency in a medical procedure.

Sure, you might go to a specific surgeon recommended to you, that you can research, ask them personally how many of that planned procedure they do per year, or any other questions you think of and research beforehand.

However, when you have a procedure and meet your anesthesiologist for the first time (who is usually assigned to your procedure, you generally don't "ask" for a specific anesthesiologist they way you might ask for a surgeon) minutes before they begin rolling your gurney down the hallway to the OR, most people wouldn't have any clue. And people are vulnerable. They have a lot on their mind.

They aren't in control anymore. Things have already been set in motion. You might get to assess their skill by listening to how they converse with you, but that only goes so far. It doesn't mean they are competent at anesthesiology, they might simply be well spoken.

If the anesthesiologist puts in your IV, and you are aware of how these things are done, you might get a better idea of their competency by observing how they perform that task. I used to be a jet mechanic, and I found that watching the way a pilot carried out their pre-flight inspection of the aircraft was a reasonable predictor of what kind of pilot they were. Same with watching an anesthesiologist put in an IV. But even then, you don't know.

And it doesn't mean because your anesthesiologist is black, white, brown, male, or female, that any of those things will allow you to assess competency.

What it boils down to is you must trust that there are regimens, standards, competency tests, educational levels, and other filters upstream that determine the competency FOR you long before the anesthesiologist sidles up to your gurney to put an IV in before they squirt some Versed into you and wheel you away.

This graph shows you, right off the bat, that from the get-go, the upstream filters to competency are being eroded, destroyed, discarded, or ignored:

The first filter is who should be admitted to a medical school (to even begin learning how to be a doctor) should be based on pre-medical or educational test scores to ensure the most mentally talented people, the cream of the crop, are admitted to a profession that literally holds the lives of patients in their hands.

Sure, test scores aren't a perfect indicator. Some people are good test-takers, and some are poor at testing.

But it is a HELL of a lot better as an indicator than the color of somone's skin or their sex.

That very first filter (who to let into medical school) is deliberately being ignored in the idiotic pursuit of "equity".

Is it satirical that a dog locked in a cage 24/7 being fed the cheapest food on earth will eventually be less clever than a wealthy dog roaming free?

Since dirt turned brown-human innovation has come from the freest, wealthiest places on earth. That comes from creativity, imagination and wealth to pursue the associated curiosity. It is applied intelligence.

This is little different than densely packed poor people commit the most crime.

Race is a social science construct. For self acclaimed right wingers to latch onto leftist social science to suit their own insecurities is understandable and also ludicrous.
It is likewise aiding the cultural Marxists divisive hate campaign purposely designed to magnify minute differences in the multi cultural west fo0r destruction.

“”I used to be a jet mechanic, and I found that watching the way a pilot carried out their pre-flight inspection of the aircraft was a reasonable predictor of what kind of pilot they were.””

My husband was a flight instructor - we had a flying club at John Wayne Airport in OC, CA for 25 years. He judged the people who came in inquiring about flying lessons by making a trip to the parking lot and asking them to point out their car. If it was in good condition and NOT A MESS INSIDE, they could join the club. If not, he wasn’t bashful about telling them why...As you said about a pilot’s pre-flight inspection, neatness/cleanliness plus pride was a good indication of what kind of pilot they would become..My husband is gone now but I can’t help but remember that each time I get into someone else’s car...I remember but I keep quiet!!

From jet mechanic to healthcare? That’s quite a jump and well done...

“disparate impact” = anti-white hate.

A billion fancy words will never change that simple fact.

Remember when you see three loose pit bulls walking down the street—you have nothing to worry about it because many pit bulls never bit anybody.

Negative claims about pit bulls are “social science constructs”.

Funny. I went from Jet Mechanic (in the US Navy) to Chemistry major, to Nuclear Medicine, to Radiology Informatics.

Everything I learned about everything along the way is useful to...everything! It is a blessing. I am certainly ready to retire right now, but I still enjoy my job and am treated with great respect and deference, which strokes my ego! (I am not immune to such things!)

I went to a funeral yesterday, and talked to a young man, a son of one of my best friends now about 30 or so, and asked him what he was doing in life, and he said he was an auto mechanic.

That was not what I remembered, so I asked him how he got there, and he said he had been working at a tire shop, and it had no upward potential, so he went to a Mercedes dealer and is learning OJT.

I recalled he had gone to college and I had been impressed with his sober approach, even as a teenager, to things. He was an Eagle Scout, and not a fake one, either. He took things seriously, and when he did something, he usually did a quality job of it, beyond his years.

He told me he had a Masters in Education, but...he simply couldn’t stand the profession, with the unions, treatment of kids, etc. He said he got up every day, dreading going into work because he hated it. So he left it behind.

I was thrilled. I shook his hand and complimented him on his choice, since I fully expect he will excel at it and advance. And we need quality car mechanics, and they can make good money. I told him that every single thing he has learned is not wasted. It is all useful in whatever he does.

I told him that in my nearly forty years in healthcare, I have seen a lot of doctors who spent all that time and energy to be doctors, but...hated the job. And they didn’t know how they could discard it. He did, and that filled me with hope. I made sure he knew he could contact me if he needed references or anything else!

To me, that was (and will be) a success story.

I almost gave mine to my Doctor to read on Tuesday, but I changed my mind even though I think she is on our side, just didn’t want to stir anything up.

Western civilization is superior.

The proof is that other civs migrate here to benefit from the results of that superiority.

A subsequent obvious reality is that the primitives from elsewhere usually do not conform to the ways of their new environment. They want the benefits of western civilization without working hard or following the rules. The whole situation may be seen as an intelligence and morality test of the immigrants. And with a few exceptions, they fail. They just can't cut it in a civilized setting.

Having strict immigration policies, as in past years, helps minimize the damage from the immigrants.

But our current unregulated invasion will be a complete catastrophe. We are going to see it soon and it will be unbelievably bad.

The cure is to borrow France's guillotines and use them liberally on all the elites who allowed this: Government, NGO, false preachers, liberals and communists, the Bushes, etc. Deport all those who will not swear an oath of allegiance to the Constitution. Stop all immigration for now.

Sorry if this offends people but in a few years these bad people are just going to do the same to us normals. If we let them. Doubt me? Just ask them.

“Race is a social science construct.”

Clueless BoomerCon deploys the core tenet of Critical Race Theory to justify why he is a “true conservative”.
