Conservative women have no problems turning on conservative men.
Tucker Carlson is right on many things. When it comes to Israel he has inherited some pretty virulent East Coast establishment dislike for Jews. Is some of it earned? Leftist Jews have been selling white hate since the mid 40s, probably in a misguided attempt to “fight naziism” and “white suoremacism,” and it has metastasized against themselves. The leftist fools thought that they would t be lumped in with whites. They chose poorly.
I call BS on this. It’s wishful thinking from Newsweek.
Far-left Newsweek trying to sow division in the ranks of their opposition.
Some people think Jews are above criticism. Groups such as the SPLC, ADL AIPAC have been pushing all kinds of anti-White and anti-Christian crap for years. You can’t have it both ways.
Your TDS (Tucker Derangement Syndrome) is showing.
liberals trying to sow seeds of discontent- claiming that republicans are ‘turning on tucker’
Some on the right, like Neocons, have hated Tucker for awhile. Other more populist conservatives love him for his refusal to follow the official line dictated by NRO.
A larger problem with this article is the assumption that the Israel/Gaza conflict is a Left/Right issue. There are many on both the right and left who share opinions across the spectrum on this and many other issues.
Saying that some people on the right don't agree with Tucker is like saying water is wet.
I cannot seem to find a summary of what Carlson said about this issue. Can somebody point me to a link that summarizes his position?
“The Christian population of Bethlehem all but disappeared after the PLO took over in 1996 due to Islamic persecution.
The only Christian population in the Middle East that is growing is the Christian community in Israel.
The Christian community in Gaza disappeared after Hamas took over in 2005.”
My take on Tucker was set long before the Hamas terrorist attack on Israel.
He was hired by PMSNBC and CNN before he got on at Faux News. The fact he was hired says a lot.
He lucked into the number one prime spot in cable news when Ted O’Baxter as Rush referred to him, got caught preying on a blonde with big hair, pearly whites and long legs that Ailes loved to hire as eye candy.
His first regular show as O’Baxter’s replacement was much hyped and featured Bruce Jenner as his first guest for his own show.
Throwing softball questions to a eunuch earns no “conservative” cred with me.
They're not identical. But all three share one important attribute: They all dare to say things that shock "nice conservatives."
The masses have forgotten or never learned the difference between a genuine journalist and a propagandist.
Read, listen, and watch....then form your own “informed” opinion.
He’s right when he says Christians in middle east conflicts always suffer without the media reporting their plight.
Here's what you do. Every once in a while say something controversial and it drives people like marcusmaximus crazy.
Tucker is correct in his statements. This was not about Israel, and not really even about so-called Palestinians ... it was about Christian persecution by all sides in the Middle East.
No one is offering a substantive refutation of these facts ... so this title and the subsequent commentary seem to be little more than gaslighting.
If nothing else, this is yet another example of division: create sides and pit them in argument against one another because someone dares utter an observation and opinion that does not fit the narrative of one side or the other.
At best, it points out the hazard of blind spots in our understanding of what happens in the world: Christian Churches should indeed come to the aid of persecuted Christians regardless of who is persecuting them. They should not be blindly ignoring such persecution with unconditional support of ANY group engaging in ANY form of Christian persecution: ally, enemy, or neutral.
My opinion of Tucker is decidedly mixed. Some of his product is excellent, while some is horrible. Therefore I’m usually only mildly interested.
In this case, he is correct. There are Christians in Gaza, although not near as many as there were. But there are still thousand if not tens of thousands, and some of them may even be descendants of the disciples of Christ. They should not be ignored, or slaughtered.
That Tucker is speaking to this is surprising. Conspiracy theorists have him pegged as a Kabbalist due to that red string wristband he’s often pictured wearing.
