Tucker Carlson has sparked ire among several conservative commentators after interviewing a Palestinian pastor, who discussed how the ongoing Israel-Hamas war has affected Christians in the region.

“This is mendacious hit piece that shows Tucker's generally well-hidden hand. The Christian population of Bethlehem all but disappeared after the PLO took over in 1996 due to Islamic persecution. The only Christian population in the Middle East that is growing is the Christian community in Israel. The Christian community in Gaza disappeared after Hamas took over in 2005.”

Darrell C. Scott, a pastor and vocal supporter of former President Donald Trump, opined that Carlson "is trying to spark anti Jewish sentiments among Christians."
Breitbart Senior Editor-at-Large Joel Pollak responded with a lengthy thread, commenting of Carlson: "He says he is concerned about Christians; I'll accept that. But there's no excuse for this."
"First, a fact about Bethlehem. Christians used to be a majority there; they are now a minority," Pollak continued. "The Palestinian Authority has been Islamizing the city since taking control of Bethlehem 30 years ago. Israeli 'occupation' is hardly the primary issue."
"Another fact: Bethlehem has become an antisemitic city under Palestinian control, far worse to Jews than even to Christians," Pollak went on to state. "In 2007, I was told not to speak Hebrew there; in 2023, I was told to remove my yarmulke, or cover it with a hat. In the birthplace of Jesus, a Jew."

Tucker blew himself up. What was he thinking?
Some on the right, like Neocons, have hated Tucker for awhile. Other more populist conservatives love him for his refusal to follow the official line dictated by NRO.
A larger problem with this article is the assumption that the Israel/Gaza conflict is a Left/Right issue. There are many on both the right and left who share opinions across the spectrum on this and many other issues.
Saying that some people on the right don't agree with Tucker is like saying water is wet.
you tell The Tucker
I personally love how he irritates screwballs like you :P
Kindly inform Tucker that Muslims are the problem, not Jews or Israel.
Have a talk with Tucker. His “Gaza good, Israel bad” act is not a good look.
I cannot seem to find a summary of what Carlson said about this issue. Can somebody point me to a link that summarizes his position?
Hi
“Kindly inform Tucker that Muslims are the problem, not Jews or Israel.
Unfortunately, a large population believes that the Jewish people are the problem. Why?
G-d handed the Ten Commandments to Moses who instructed the Jews and the world of behaviors you can’t do or you will not have eternal life.
For example thou shall not commit adultery. That pisses off a lot of people.
Then you got thou shall keep the Sabbath holy and do no work.
See, the Jews are bad people.

No thanks. The Tucker is annoying all the right people, and crackpots like you!
Can’t cuck the Tuck. America First!
The lasting image of Tucker to me was when he was on Crossfire on CNN (yeah, I didn’t know any better) with that vicious punk Tony Coelho. Tony ripped into Carlson and scolded him like a helpless child. Tucker acted like a whipped dog. I never had any respect for him after that.
“The Christian population of Bethlehem all but disappeared after the PLO took over in 1996 due to Islamic persecution.
The only Christian population in the Middle East that is growing is the Christian community in Israel.
The Christian community in Gaza disappeared after Hamas took over in 2005.”
I too have admiration for Tucker. All I was pointing out is that some of his viewpoints are part of his background and the culture of New England. Another point I was attempting to make is that not all anger by whites against Jews is unfounded. Jews, like any minority are somewhat insular and look out for their own which whites have forgotten how to do. The loses of positions of power to Jews has to rankle in New England. Another point 8 was making is that Jews have a big hand in the race hustling industry and they are now feeling the blowback as their non European allies turn on them for their ‘whiteness.’ The irony is rich.
My take on Tucker was set long before the Hamas terrorist attack on Israel.
He was hired by PMSNBC and CNN before he got on at Faux News. The fact he was hired says a lot.
He lucked into the number one prime spot in cable news when Ted O’Baxter as Rush referred to him, got caught preying on a blonde with big hair, pearly whites and long legs that Ailes loved to hire as eye candy.
His first regular show as O’Baxter’s replacement was much hyped and featured Bruce Jenner as his first guest for his own show.
Throwing softball questions to a eunuch earns no “conservative” cred with me.
How will The Marcus ever be able to focus on finding Turtle Tank articles or articles on The Putin's Elbow Cancer now?
Max is a Uke Intel Spook and spams Tucker threads simply because Tucker won’t knuckle under to the Zeebots demands for unlimited cash.... much of which ends up in Zurich.
Those were different times. They also hired Glenn Beck. They probably did feel comfortable with Carlson's preppy ways, but in those days, equal time and the fairness doctrine was still a thing, something that media had to at least pretend to honor.
Tucker was a collaborator in the 2020 Steal. Never forget. And he voted for Kanye.
To be fair, "Torah observant Jews" haven't always been friendly toward whites either. YouTube used to have plenty of videos of Orthodox rabbis in Israel saying hateful things about white Europeans, Christians, and even Jesus. I saw one of them cursing Jesus, that "heretic," who he blamed for centuries of anti-Semitism.
French Orthodox Rabbi Rav Touitou has said that "Islam is the broom of Israel." By which he meant that God sent Muslims into Europe to wipe out Christian civilization as punishment for centuries of Jewish persecution.
Orthodox rabbis still curse the Ameleks. They certainly remember the more recent Crusades, Inquisition, pogroms, and Holocaust, and they hate Christendom for it.
