In a historic case, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Galveston Division ruled against the FDA and struck down their war against ivermectin. As part of the settlement, the FDA agrees to take down website and social media posts that warn people not to use ivermectin to treat COVID-19.

Lawfully elected Politicians are exempt from prosecutions
Usurpers of an elected office (those who cheat to win their set) should be sent to club Gitmo
Corrupt Government workers should be sent to club Gitmo

There are tons of people in government and in organizations, institutions and businesses connected in this Covid scam who need to be indicted, tried and put in prison. Charges would range all the way from gross negligence, to collusion, to actual murder, IMO.

Many people don't realize that the pharma industry serves no other purpose than to make money (and I say this as a hardcore capitalist pig).
If it can sell a pill that does nothing more than a cup of tea can do, it will outlaw tea as a cure.
And this criminal activity is not something the pharma industry has to discuss. It's baked into their brains and corporate structure. There's not so much as a wink and a nod...they are wired to destroy any competing products even if such products are plentiful, free, and even more effective.
Here's the humble beginnings of the pharma industry (and they haven't actually changed):

I read an article suggesting the FDA settled because they didn’t want to go through a discovery process and have emails exposed, etc..

Our group cured around a hundred people with it and nobody went to the hospital. We even saw cancer reduced using it.

Infectious Disease ping - The first legal lawsuit to hold the FDA accountable for interfering in the doctor-patient relationship
The use of Ivermectin is seen by many as an 'off label' medication which may be used for the covid pandemic
Is this the first lawsuit to hold the FDA accountable for interfering in the doctor-patient relationship ?
A good start to medical accountability during the pandemic ! Please read the additional posted comments

The government mucks up everything. I’m amazed that Dems (voters) want to make government bigger so they can muck up everything.
