Lots of countries accept US Cash for deposits with no reporting to anyone, see PANAMA. I would bet it has already been deposited in a Panamanian or Cayman Islands bank. Having worked in the secure facility guarding business, I think it’s a sure thing that this was an inside job. The many alarms that were not activated, or not responded to, makes it a sure thing.
