Bandages from brands such as Band-Aid and Curad have been found to contain dangerous levels of toxic “forever chemicals,” allowing direct contact with the bloodstream through open wounds, according to a new report.
Of the 40 bandages from 18 different brands tested by environmental health and consumer watchdog Mamavation and Environmental Health News, 26 had detectable levels of organic fluorine, an indicator of harmful “forever chemicals,” also known as PFAS.

Meanwhile they dump gallons of inorganic fluorine compounds into our water supplies and put it in our toothpaste.
I got a feeling that after running it through our bodies more of it turns into ‘organic fluorides’ than you could get off of a million bandaids.

Band-aid brand. Invented in
1920. 104 proven effective
years of use. There hasn’t
been a kid born that
hasn’t adorned hundreds
of them.
My grandmother passed
away at the same age
(102) of natural? causes
with a Band-aid on her
arm from the IV.

Maybe I’m just cynical but my guess is that someone with something to sell is trying to displace BandAid and Curad.

I most often use paper towel and duct tape. That sucka sticks forever and can stand up to the heavy abuse of my work day and then some.

So many things to be afraid of and upset about. So little time. ... and so very much ignorance. People who now will be truly frightened by using BandAids and Curads (after all, "experts say..." and "studies show...") and yet these same fools will willingly subject themselves (and their children!) -- time and again -- to a demonstrated potentially lethal "vaccine."

I usually use a shop towel and electrical tape. I’m sure there’s no harmful “forever” chemicals in those.
E-tape is normally made from PVC, and PFAS 'contamination' is part of making PVC. So it almost certainly has PFAS in it.
Then stuff like plumber's tape (pipe-thread tape) is pretty much straight PFAS.

I guess I’ll Have to switch to “Monster Blue” then and move away from “Scotch 33”.
