Fani Willis' reputation may be affected by her former special prosecutor Nathan Wade facing contempt of court allegations.
In March, Wade resigned from Donald Trump's Georgia election interference case. Judge Scott McAfee had given Willis the option of removing herself or Wade following a hearing triggered by accusations by former Trump staffer and co-defendant Michael Roman that she was having an affair with Wade. Trump and 18 others are accused in an indictment of trying to overturn his 2020 election loss in Georgia. He has repeatedly asserted his innocent in the case.
It was alleged that Willis and Wade had benefited financially from taxpayers' money. They later admitted they had a relationship, but denied a conflict of interest.
Now, Wade's estranged wife, Jocelyn Wade, has filed contempt of court proceedings against her ex-husband. Nathan Wade filed for divorce from his then wife in November 2021 and the couple reached a temporary agreement in January 2024.
But according to the filing, submitted on Wednesday, Nathan Wade allegedly violated an agreement to pay for her medical expenses until further order of the court. It said Jocelyn Wade needs $4,400 for "an endoscopy, colonoscopy, and ultrasound, due to severe physical symptoms she has been enduring."

They should all be in Prison.
Seems Joycelyn settled w/ Wade much too quickly. She left
too many issues detrimental to her interests on the table.
> They should all be in Prison.
excepting Jocelyn
Kramer's [Kramer is a Ga resident, not a lawyer, possibly a friend of Jocelyn Wade] complaint alleges that Willis, the D.A. for Fulton County, was making false claims in Wade's divorce case that Wade's wife, Joycelyn Wade, was harassing her.
"One of the most concerning incidents in this case, in a long line of concerning incidents, is when D.A. Willis used her position to threaten Mr. Wade's wife, Joycelyn Wade, during their divorce proceedings," Kramer wrote. "D.A. Willis stated in a motion that Ms. Wade was trying to embarrass and harass her, and by extension, interfere and obstruct in the conduct of the [D.A.] election.
"Since that time, D.A. Willis admitted to an improper relationship with Mr. Wade, so Ms. Wade had every reason to determine how the marital money was being used before the divorce. This was not an unusual action by a divorcing couple."
He [Kramer] claimed that Willis was using her position "to threaten her paramour's estranged wife during her proceeding. D.A. Willis was using the full power of her office to to threaten Ms. Wade with criminal prosecution."
GREY GOOSE IS THAT YOU?
This needs to hit the front pages of every Ga newspaper:
One of the most concerning incidents in this case is D.A. Willis using her position to threaten Mr. Wade’s wife, Joycelyn Wade, during their divorce proceedings......and was trying by extension to embarrass and harass her, and interfere and obstruct in the conduct of the [D.A.] election.
Ms. Wade had every reason to determine how the marital money was being used before the divorce. This was not an unusual action by a divorcing couple.
The complaint claimed that DA Willis was using her l/e position to threaten Joycelyn Wade, using the full power of her office to threaten Ms. Wade with criminal prosecution.
GO JOCELYN!!
Fani said that GA people have rallied to her with love and affection.
She has no intentions of being restrained by the laws of the U.S.A. and/or the State of Georgia (to her, both are the despised constructs of colonialists and slave owners).
You make your point with flourish and I think that you could be correct.
Plenty of blows dealt with this couple.
Thx. I live in Georgia and Fanny scares the heck out of me.
Amen........plus her ghetto-nurtured hatred of whites
is seething within her evil heart, driving all her actions.
And in doing so, she tainted the jury pool. It is a disgrace that Judge McAfee didn't disqualify her for this reason alone.
In defense of Judge McAfee though, it has been said that Fani controls the black political machine in Fulton County that, by its very existence, is threatening to Judge McAfee's career and family.
He had plenty of reasons to recuse himself and he should have. He probably realizes that now.
The only hope for justice is the appellate court. Judge McAfee has approved the interlocutory appeal and now we are waiting on the appeals court's decision to hear the case.
Fanny is an ass.
We should be more interested in the fraud Wade committed when he conducted the Fulton County Jail investigation. No notes. No investigation
Perfect explanation
