I’ve never been a coffee drinker, so warming up water for a beverage has never been needed for me. My wife is the opposite. She regularly used the micro for her coffee and hot tea. But she heard stories, and said she wasn’t going to use it anymore. Gave it to the secondhand store.
The elephant in the room… US has these weapons, and have used them.
It is amazing to see this from the inside, and realize how nobody knows what is really going on. Russia cannot identify our top 5-10% performing DIA personnel and locate where they live, and operate in America, and hit people on White House grounds, in the middle of the most heavily surveilled area in the US. You even have CIA who were hit overseas, who reported being harassed by ground surveillance in the US, having their homes entered while they were out and furniture moved, and neither CIA or FBI can do anything for them. And there are three or four people in this discussion who will know exactly what that means.
Nor would Russia do that, because CIA can do the same thing to Russian intel operators. It is an unwritten rule the Russians would obey out of self interest.
This is the full on Civil War going on right now for control of the US government. Havana is being done by a clique of foreign assets in our own intelligence community (which have, over the last six to seven decades, recruited a massive civilian informant/surveillance network straight out of the East German Stasi), working for the old-school leaders of the world (mostly European and Middle Eastern) to subvert the US government to their shadow rule. They are trying to purge US intel and government of the real Americans who are not assets of this thing, and they are using directed energy to do it.
I can show you video of people who, if you tracked them down would appear as regular Americans, who are fielding Directed Energy Weapons on Americans. I can even show you video of one of the children this thing uses in the schools of America to build files on the other children.
People heard about “Gangstalking” and failed to recognize that was the early indications of some kind of intel op in the US, operating outside of normal government procedures. Then some of the gangstalked, most notably Aaron Alexis, but also others, made bizarre allegations of being hit with directed energy weapons about ten years ago, which caused vibrations throughout their body. Not burns, or stabbing pains, or electric sensations, but vibrations.
Now CIA and State Department workers say they are hit with DEWs which cause their body to vibrate, and people are still not making the connection. I have felt the vibrations myself. It is impossible to describe how strange they are.
It is amazing, we are on the edge of fully losing the country, and nobody has any idea, save for, I would bet, at least three people posting to this thread because they were told to build legends here, and help to control the dialog for the enemy. It is that big, and ever present.

Could be. But I’ve also heard that the Deep State set the bar for concluding Havana Syndrome was real very high because Trump was using it to justify tightening the screws on Cuba. That I can easily believe.

I’ve been around noisy equipment/machinery that can be physically fatiguing, but by far was a big electrically driven vaccuum. This was at a pet food plant’s bulk product unloading bay I was delivering potato flour to around 2004.
It was about an hour process to unload, mostly just waiting on the system to do it’s thing. I got in the truck sleeper to catnap for a bit, but the vac drive system was right next to the sleeper window. The sound was muffled enough to just put foam earplugs in and relax.
But I couldn’t relax. I realized that I was in just the right spot (the shape of the sleeper maybe helping the soundwaves focus on the bunk), that made my internals vibrate to being painful. I immediately got out of the truck, the pain stopped, and I walked about 50’ away.
No doubt the tech to invisibly, and silently, injure or kill people has been around for decades. It has likely become more compact through the years..

May I ask, was it all of your internals, or was it focused, like a sphere or ball on just some of them?
I should have been more specific. It seemed like I could feel vibes everywhere, but more so internally. And yes, the feeling in the heart region was getting painful, so I moved away from the soundwave source quickly.
I realize soundwaves from a screaming machine and electrial pulses are different types of energy, but both can be very dangerous.
