great sales pitch, but i don’t care much about per charge range with any battery. want to know the lifetime range for the battery. how many charges/discharges and how many accidental discharges can it sustain. also want to know the replacement price.
to cut the sales person a little slack, i don’t expect them to know the explosion and tech parameters (physics) for their battery. i look that up for myself.

The thing I loved about motorcycles before I decided the risk/reward was no longer favorable was the minimalist aspect of motorcycles.

I didn't see any mention of weight. It looks like monster and isn't going to be very easily maneuvered in the typical America garage. That's a big deal.
My Triumph Tiger Explorer is a big bike but only weighs 600 pounds. But that EV bike looks like a monster. No thanks.
