Will any be able to climb a ladder to the rooftop? Turn a screwdriver? Know what a screwdriver or wrench is? Lift a “solar panel”? Hook up wires? Hook up the right color wire? Work outside at all?

No. They'll stay indoors reliably communicating, teamworking (in video games), critically thinking about the weather and whether they will do anything, solving the problem of “how much do I get paid?”
