Belarus' strongman dictator Alexander Lukashenko has seemingly undermined Russia's claims that Ukraine was behind the deadly Moscow massacre, after revealing the four terrorists tried fleeing to Belarus, not Ukraine.

Well, doofus, so after traveling west from Moscow they come to an intersection (WELL BEFORE EITHER THE UKRAINIAN OR BELARUSIAN BORDER). At that intersection they can turn to drive to Belarus or they can turn to drive to Ukraine. To which destination do they turn?
