I want to donate to Trump, both to his campaign and to his legal defense. Is there an official website to do this?

I know there are a lot of charlatans out there and didn't want to get swindled by a bogus site.

Assuming that statement is reliable, a donor should be able to write BOLDLY on the form (and as a memo on the check):

** There is no provision via a credit card transaction. Apparently, in order to designate, a contributor must send a check - including the donation form on which, are the designated recipients of the donations.

Trump Save America Leadership PAC. WinRed processes the donations and is a pretty efficient pass-through. The way I read it, this PAC cannot fund DJT's "direct" campaign expenses but it can fund travel, administrative expenses, consultants, polling, and other "non-campaign expenses" that add up to a huge sum of money.

Don’t use a credit card. Somebody else gets a piece of that. Send a check if you want Trump to get first crack at it.
Over the past 8 years I’ve sent checks to every other known Trump place. As time went by they sent the checks back and referred to the above address. Don’t use a web site. Just mail a check.

Didn’t Gofundme steal the contributions to a cause they decided they didn’t like? Then claim they donated the funds to charity.
