Whats with Putinoids being unhinged today? Russia was warned of an ISIS attack by the US, and completely dropped the ball. Terrorists killed at will, no police present even had time to take pictures outside and drove away. Where was Russian security/police? If this had been a peaceful anti-Putin demonstration they would have responded/arrested everyone almost immediately.

How about a police response to the shooting? Terrorists were killing people with no police response. They even had time to take pictures outside afterwards before driving away.
