We’ve had knowledge of how to do that for years. It’s called angel dust.

Reminds me of the old OLD forgotten TV show THE MAN AND THE CHALLENGE(1959) in which a way is found to stop fear.

The Dorsal Raphe Nucleus issues serotonergic efferents to the hippocampal formation, limbic lobe, and amygdala (these efferents are involved in regulation of memory processing).
It is the largest serotonergic nucleus and provides a substantial proportion of the serotonin innervation to the forebrain. (Also to the cerebellum)
Ironically, our Duke University Institute of Brain Sciences upcoming lecture this week is on this topic as it relates to memory formation.
Raphe is Greek for “seam” as this is where the two hemispheres are connected together.
I’ve been studying this part of the brain as it relates to frequencies of consciousness and the effects of prayer.

Scientists Found the Brain's Fear Switch and How to Turn It Off... Was this a DARPA funded project? It sounds like something the Army would pursue.
