Putin has also received well-wishes and congratulations from the authoritarian ruler of Nicaragua, Daniel Ortega, and Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla.
The presidents of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, and Bolivia, Luis Arce, joined the small repressive group hailing Putin’s overwhelming victory

The Democrats in Chicago and Philly can run better elections than this so it’s no wonder they put down Putin.
Heck Putin got 87 percent of the vote.
The Democrats will get that up to 100 percent or more for Biden in November in the major cities of the USA.
The Philly, Detroit and Chicago RATS have the 3am vote dumps down pat.
