Wade has tried cases. He has never tried a RICO case before though.

BUT the BAR ASSOC can look at it VERY CLOSELY.
I believe it’s been filed. The problem is she’s never been convicted of perjury....which is a felony...and a reason to lose her license. We’re gonna have to sit back and see what happens. Obama and Kamala own her...whatever they say...goes.
There’s not a lot of “trial” attorneys around...

Also Wade’s ex has, I believe, filed an ethics case based on the testimony in the hearings. Also promising.

I watch a lot of true crime, and yesterday was surprised to see her prosecuting a case that happened several years ago.

There is no spinning this partisan, ideological, PC decision as anything except a slightly less unmitigated disaster than was expected.

He does junk cases...That means he goes before a judge with a druggie or DWI case...and pleads...and the judge takes care of the matter. No trial.
My attorney has never "tried" a case...either in his 40 years..Very few "Trial" attorneys around.
Ah, but the difference is that you said he never tried a case. Had you said a felony case that would have been correct. I know I am anal-retentive because I insist on the the actual fact, otherwise, it can be successfully disputed. Ignore me, I’m too old to change now. 😋
There are different types of attorneys. Most are worthless, but then I’m sure you knew that. 😋
