Four Las Vegas teenagers accused of beating a 17-year-old to death have asked a judge to dismiss their murder charge, despite the attack being caught on camera.
The accused, Dontral Beaver, 16; Damien Hernandez, 17; Treavion Randolph, 16; and Gianni Robinson, 17, have been indicted and pleaded not guilty to the murder of Jonathan Lewis.
The foursome and their attorneys appeared in front of Clark County District Court Judge Tierra Jones yesterday and argued that there is insufficient evidence for their charges.
Multiple videos from the day of the attack show a group of teens hitting, kicking and stomping Lewis to the point of unconsciousness, which resulted in his death a week later.
Footage obtained by 8 News Now also showed Lewis being carried to safety by a student and neighbor back to the high school after the savage attack.
Another video shows Lewis being stomped on by the group as he attempts to defend himself from the assault, before being knocked unconscious.

The usual suspects. I will admit that a few of the son’s of Obama DID try to help the “white boy”, but were beaten back by the feral mob. They were easily outnumbered by the animals.
Time was when these perps would be hanging from a tree courtesy of the vigilantes. They should be tried as adults for murder and spend a minimum of 20 years behind bars if not life.
Judge Jones let them plead guilty to manslaughter in in a juvenile court instead of standing trial for murder as adults.

Charge the parents.
Just because the victim was not able to use lethal force at the time doesn't mean society can't, or shouldn't bat cleanup on the victim's behalf.
