Every wind turbine needs a minimum of hot air, so if your wind turbine stops buy a Democrat politician to give a speech in front of it. The politicians come cheap.
No mention of torque problems and fatigue from fight the strong winds?
Since they are all grouped together I do not think it is because "the wind is too strong".
