Wind turbines can only be safely operated up to a particular wind speed, known as the “cut-off wind speed” or “cut-out wind speed.”

Any wind exceeding the limit is too powerful for the mechanism to manage, posing threats to the equipment and the workers.

Every wind turbine needs a minimum of hot air, so if your wind turbine stops buy a Democrat politician to give a speech in front of it. The politicians come cheap.

To the east of us is a "wind farm" and you can see at any one time about half the birdy cuisinarts are not turning.

Since they are all grouped together I do not think it is because "the wind is too strong".
