If I were closer and younger and didn’t have an ailing wife to care for, I would volunteer.

So would I but at 55 I am still raising kids. Four more years and I am going to bust out of what I am doing now to something totally different. Life is too long and oddly, too short, to do just one thing.
Very good story. It has to make one think.
Almost makes me want to go out there and 'get some'.
