Burlington is a big college town full of pot smoking burnouts and slackers.
My son looked at going to UVM for graduate school. After visiting he decided against it. Everywhere in downtown Burlington you smell pot. All the people are hippie wannabees.
Many work part time jobs in seasonal tourist industries and then go on some kind of government support when not being a ski bum.
It is unfortunate because its location on the eastern shore of Lake Champlain is very pretty.
The other thing about Burlington is that it has one of the highest murder rates per capita now in the USA. This is because they brought a large amount of Somali immigrants there about twenty five years ago. Now, those people are still largely unemployed except in the distribution of drugs.
Routinely killing each other for control of that drug distribution.
These drones are best called “employees”...not “workers”.
Not a place you want to visit either unless you like inner city crime.
When you drive through Bridgeport close you windows and close your vents. The stench of weed hits you as soon as you cross the city line.
Laziest, and since they vote democrat the dumbest too.
