His date’s identity is not known.
The duo later jumped into the former mechanic’s green Porsche, a vintage model, one of three that he bought after winning the jackpot in 2022.

It is hard to lose that much money but this guy is off to a good start...
“Fools and their money are soon parted.”
She’ll soon separate him from a lot of that money
Why is she over 20 years old?…
As Andrew “Dice” Clay would say, she likes him because he gives good wallet.
This will not end well.
Love that he went with a classic 60’s Porsche, It’s a beauty too.
The most unattractive person imaginable, the sort of Quasimodo would avert his eyes from, is only unattractive if they are poor.
Its hard to blow that much money, but this guy is going to give it his best shot.
All fun and games until he wakes up in an alley missing his wallet and kidneys. He’ll be dead broke in maybe a year.
I'd buy a new BMW 5 Series for myself...I'd buy a $400,000 condo in New Hampshire...I'd buy a small $500,000 condo/coop in Manhattan and a $300,000 condo in Florida.
She looks East European. Not American.
He can burn 35-40K a day, for the rest of his life.
The rest he’ll just squander.
Castro took the cash value of the prize, which was $997.6 million, and after federal tax withholding's, he received $628.5 million
A fool and his money are easily parted....
I could get behind some of that there squandering.
I don’t know, but I would imagine being that he was stupid enough to allow his identity to be revealed after he won he has pretty much made himself a target in every area of his life.
Back in 2004 I won 2nd prize in Megalotto and back then it was $175,000 (now it’s a million) After taxes I took home $110,000 put it in my checking account for the time being. Yes it felt NICE! $5 investment with a return of $110,000!
Well anyway, there was this one teller at the bank who I had the hots for, really gorgeous girl and I might as well been the invisible man to her, you know, all business, no small talk whatsoever.
Well a few days after I won and deposited the $110,000, I got her as my teller and when she saw my balance it was like night and day, “Oh how are you doing? How are things at work? What a nice day today, summer is finally here do you go to the beach alot?” And I played the same attitude she gave me before, all business and I could she got ticked off! LOL Big eye opener and that was just $110K
