Russian President Vladimir Putin revealed in a new interview he preferred President Joe Biden to remain president of the United States in 2024, because he was more predictable than former President Donald Trump.
Putin was asked to weigh in on the 2024 presidential election in the United States by interviewer Pavel Zarubin. Details of the interview were published Wednesday by Reuters and Sputnik, a Russian state-owned news agency.
Putin said he doubted that Biden's age would make him an 'incapable' president and suggested it was common for leaders to experience awkward moments in public.
'Who of us hasn't banged their head on something?' he asked, according to a translation of the video shared on social media by Financial Times reporter Max Seddon.
Putin described Trump as 'a non-systemic politician.'
Although Putin said he preferred Biden, he was confident with the idea of working with Trump.
'We will work with any U.S. president who the American people have confidence in,' he said.

I’ve never been to Russia. I’ve never been to England.
My daughter has been to England and several countries in Europe.
She tells me that the food in England is the worst.
I went as a 13-year old Navy brat when we were stationed in Italy (where the GOOD food is) and it was pretty bad.
But I’ve been back a few times as an adult and it has really gotten much better, at least in the cities like London, Chester, St. Ives, Exeter, etc.
Their ethnic restaurants are still their strength, though.

No matter the name or the appearance of the restaurant alway go to where the parking lot is full. You get better service and the food is always better.
Never go to a restaurant that is almost empty. There is a reason.
I love small mom/pop local restaurants, they normally have a few items on the menu that is superb.
Putin endorses Biden. That would make a perfect basis for a Trump campaign commercial.
Putin thinks Biden is more experienced and predictable, meaning that Biden is experienced in taking bribes and predictable in doing what he is paid to do.

I’m sure CNN will report that Joe is Putin’s “hand-picked” choice for President.
