Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak held a meeting on concluding bilateral agreements on security commitments between Ukraine and partner states as part of the implementation of the G7 Joint Declaration signed in Vilnius.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Heads of the Office of the President Ihor Zhovkva and Roman Mashovets, Special Presidential Commissioner for the Implementation of International Security Commitments and Development of the Defense Forces Yevhen Moysiuk, Head of the Security Service Vasyl Maliuk, Minister for Strategic Industries Oleksandr Kamyshin, Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries Serhiy Boyev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mykola Tochytskyi, Deputy Minister of Justice Iryna Mudra, Director of the International Defense Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Defense Hennadiy Kovalenko, representative of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine Vadym Skibitskyi.

Andriy Yermak emphasized the importance of all EU and NATO member states joining the G7 Joint Declaration.

"We have to map our needs and our vision of what our army should be like today and in the future, after the victory. Today it is not only a matter of our vision, it is also a matter of interaction with partners, a matter of our future membership in NATO," the Head of the Presidential Office said.

He noted that the relevant map of needs could become an important reference point for partner countries negotiating security commitments for Ukraine.

Andriy Yermak emphasized the importance of coordinating efforts between government agencies directly involved in the relevant negotiations.

Right, another Budapest Memorandum? Unless you are in NATO nothing else matters. Look to many threatened countries now starting crash nuke bomb programs.

I dunno. Based on my own viewing experience with most YTs, there’s an awful lot of ‘something’ going on. I rarely see anything anymore that’s a ‘straight-to-the-point’ video with no ad promos. Regardless of how you cut it, sponsored by ad revenue is a form of monetization and those agreements aren’t always clear about what ‘tit’ is for ‘tat.’

And then there are the vlogs that pretty shamelessly hawk their wares for anything from subscriptions, donations, visits to merchandise links, investments and anything else that could derive funding.

Yeah, there’s a lot of “something” going on. This explains the process:

https://www.wikihow.com/Become-a-YouTube-Partner

This is why channels constantly badger you to subscribe.

There are major restrictions on eligible content, so if your material is not in line with YouTube biases, you can forget about getting money from YT, and if you’re lucky, they won’t kick you off the platform.

Many resort to side hustles to make money (e.g. $20 coffee mugs, $60 hoodies), but this says nothing about whether the channel is monetized or not.

I just finished listening to the 2 1/4 hour long link at Comment #28. It went into detail about many aspects of current news today and yesterday—the Russian ship Uk blew up with drones, deployment of fresh Uk troops to take back Adviidka space, major fires in Russia itself, and the BIG ONE re Russian nukes in space. Regarding Comment #29, one truck in Russia was blown up destroying a $million worth of drones, not a million drones.

Many scenes of attack on Russian equipment and soldiers were shown with destruction or capture of same. The long battle front was looked at in detail and described, some good news, some not so good. At the end the startling news about Russian nukes in space was discussed. Perhaps some who have not felt this war affects us will wake up to the fact it could very well affect us. This is not talking about dropping space bombs on the US, but rather causing a high altitude explosion to knock out our satellite communications, turn off all your WiFi internet communications (and more importantly for the country all the military communication, too). So now you who have decided not my war, not my problem, should contemplate how no internet/cell phone communications would affect YOU??

As I said, this is a LOONG video. By running your cursor along the line across the bottom of the whole page you can click into any part of the total video. It first says will start in 9+ minutes, so move your cursor along the line until you see the 9+ minute info, perhaps 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch and click to start. Discusion of the NUKES IN SPACE issue starts at around 1:56 minutes, so you can skip a lot if that is your main concern.

Looking at the combat loss figures, it appears we are now 2 days short of 400,000 human Russian losses. Thus hitting a painful figure just prior to the anniversary of the NOT WAR started by Putin on Feb. 24, 2022. This should play well for Putin’s upcoming election vote in March 2024. Judging from the new information in the long video provided at Comment #28, there is a fair chance Putin will not have a sustained victory at Adviika to celebrate.

This is shown in the middle segment of the video where the battle line maps are being discussed. Remember, you can move your cursor along the bottom line and click anywhere to see what is happening at that point in time of this 2 1/4 hour video. Happy hunting!

Most of them will be safely inside Moscovia.

Its the House GOP that is causing most of the problems now and in the future (makes me almost want to vote Dem). The House GOP keeps equating military aid to a deliberate Administration policy that is not gong to change. Either the House GOP is blind stupid or we are being played by the GOP ... or both.

While Moscovia threatens the Nation with the ability to knock down our satellites with nukes, create EMP blasts - all of which will kill millions of Americans, the House GOP insists on not providing military aid to a country that is killing actual Moscovian military troops and equipment.

Further, the House GOP makes no attempt to claw back all the billions of unspent Covid monies, or from the Inflation Reduction Act or any Green New Deal Bill.

By the way Andriy Yermak is primarily responsible for removing the vast mine fields in the Ukraine south which allowed the Moscovians to attack unopposed from the Crimea in 2022.

He did this likely at the request of his KGB father or on his own initiative since he is a Moscovian and also a former FSB officer. He now controls the Presidential Administration which controls the entire Ukrainian government, including the office of President.

In case you where wondering why things are so screwed up in Ukraine government.

ALMOST?!

FReepers knew all along that you zeepers place the interests of Ukraine above America.

You’d sell your own country down the road for the sake of that corrupt hellhole.

Zeepers will vote for whomever gives Zelensky the most money, even if that means voting for the continuation of America’s total destruction by Biden.

“Moscovia threatens the Nation with the ability to knock down our satellites with nukes, create EMP blasts - all of which will kill millions of Americans”

Upper atmosphere EMP blasts are unlikely to kill millions of Americans, however, many thousands is certainly possible and even likely given severe interruption of communications. Although a lot depends on how long our communications were disrupted. Looking at the total destruction of the electric grid by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico gives us something to compare. My son who was there with his wife, and helping his own plus her extended family, said for a year it was like a third world country. Only a few hundred died as a direct result of the hurricane and immediate aftermath. However, from long term studies it was estimated that loss of medication, emergency help, etc. probably caused at least 4,000 deaths in the population of 3 million.

With the US population amounting to more than 300 million, the PR extended time death rate suggests possibly more than 400,000 mainland deaths from communications failures, disrupted supply shipments of food and fuel, and health care and medicine. Thus around 1/2 the Covid deaths or more. Of course, such an EMP strike in mid winter could be a lot more devastating than that crisis in a tropical country.

I try to maintain a 3 month or more supply of non perishable food, a week of drinking water, and a year of medicine and supplements. I suggest you do something similar. I also maintain my second amendment rights.

The loss of JIT for food, no hospital services, no running water, no electricity, no phone, no heat, no AC.

Yes, millions will die as the US is plunged back into the 1600s and stays that way for decades or more.

Better make that a 10 year supply of food and drinking water, plus a hospital’s worth of medical supplies. Just foe starters. An EMP burst is like a F5 tornado compared to a summer breeze; a summer breeze that lingers for a few moments and goes away, an F5 tornado remains in place for decades.

Third world countries will be paradises compared to the remains of the US. The prognosis you cite is hopelessly naive.

I certainly hope the US is prepared to do the same to Russia if they do it to us. It will be interesting to see how today’s news shakes out as Congress awaits or gets briefings.
