The Russian divorce rate is at 74 percent, the highest in the world. But that doesn’t change the fact that 20 percent of Russian households don’t have indoor plumbing. Or that a third of Russian hospitals don’t have running water.

Houses / apts may be dim & dungey because perhaps Tucker is comparing things in his own mind whats up to standard.

This is what he fails to see- Putin is all about mouthing yes to the “ globaloney, WEF, Alphabet groups, etc.,
and in actuality the bedrock of Russian

So what? Russia has always been a craphole, and we’re rapidly heading that way. Go to East Cleveland, or Cairo, or Keokuk, and there are hundreds of other cities and towns failing all across the USA. We need to take care of ourselves before we go saving foreigners. We can’t afford to be rescuing the whole world anymore.
