Special investigation into Biden's handling of classified docs is DONE - but witnesses are not being allowed to review it sparking fears in White House the report will be damning for 81-year-old president

A probe into President Joe Biden's handling of classified documents has been completed, but witnesses are reportedly not being allowed to review the report.

The Justice Department expects to release the report to Congress and the public soon, Attorney General Merrick Garland told lawmakers in a letter Wednesday.

Garland did not detail the conclusions of the report from special counsel Robert Hur, but said he was committed to disclosing as much of the document as possible once the White House completes a review for potential executive privilege concerns.

The process is expected to be completed by the end of the week, said Ian Sams, a spokesman for the White House counsel's office.

However, witnesses who cooperated in the case who asked Hur to allow them to review the documents prior to publication have had their requests denied, ABC News reports.

The reluctance to allow anyone to review the report has sparked fears in the White House that its contents could be damning for the president, 81.

Attorney Michael Bromwich said he has repeatedly suggested to Hur's team that he could miss 'proper factual context' unless his clients are allowed to review. However, the lawyer claims his requests have fallen on deaf ears.

The year-long investigation centered on the improper retention of classified documents by Biden from his time as a U.S. senator and as vice president.

Sensitive records were found at his Delaware home and at a private office that he used in between his service in the Obama administration and becoming president.

The resolution of the investigation arrives in a pivotal year for the president, as he pursues reelection in a deeply polarized political climate.

Though the probe's outcome is expected to lift a legal cloud over Biden, criticism of his handling of classified records could blunt his...

Yeah, those people who prepared the report just happened to "miss proper factual content." LOL, sure, just a small oversight. Nothing nefarious or being covered up.

Though the probe's outcome is expected to lift a legal cloud over Biden, criticism of his handling of classified records could blunt his ability to attack Donald Trump - his presumptive opponent in November - over a pending indictment charging the former president with hoarding top-secret files at his Mar-a-Lago estate and obstructing FBI efforts to get them back.

Trump and other Republicans are likely to challenge the legitimacy of the investigation by noting that it was launched by the Biden Justice Department.

But Garland sought to insulate the department from claims of bias and conflicts of interest by last year appointing Hur, a former U.S. attorney for Maryland during the Trump administration, to handle the Biden investigation and by naming a different special counsel, Jack Smith, to oversee investigations into Trump.

Absolute Rubbish. And such twisted language in the article that attempts to confuse understanding.

Most likely copies of these documents have been converted into cash transactions over the years since Joe was a Senator.

You can bet that Biden's "executive privilege" will create page after page of big blacked-out lines.

A crime syndicate, having risen to political power, will NEVER allow itself to be ACTUALLY challenged. They will always allow bread-and-circuses for the rubes, who have become accustomed to forget things in about a week or two. This moment is a sad state of affairs, as the Communists and the corrupt gather more and more power to themselves. But history’s lesson is that the unavoidable end also nears.

It will be words, no action. Besides, allowing Biden‘s team to review it will allow them to cover up most of it via executive privilege just like Trump is attempting or has attempted. They are both playing the same game. Biden will get away with it, Trump will get prosecuted. Currently living in the White House has some privilege among these equals.

Joez executive privilege will be expiring then and then it is just like y’all doing to President Trump who , by the way, is still President legally.
Brandon’s, (insert fjb here) (in the possessive), his privies will expire also if he doesn’t beat them to it.

Equals?!

Rediculous.

A lifetime of doing good versus doing evil has made these two anything but equals. The PedoDementoCorruptoCrat puppet of America’s enemies is NOT
President Trump’s equal.

Biden has no executive privilege unlike President Trump.

Biden was a Senator and then VP. In neither office was he entitled to take classified docs in the first place - unlike a president. So any retention of such documents by Biden is the exact violation they are falsely accusing president Trump of doing.

When I heard that Biden has classified docs in his garage, I thought that the DS was attempting to knock Joe out of the race and also knock Trump out with the “precedent.”

Of course, there hasn’t been a trial or conviction or appeals, but I have always said that this smells like a grand bargain in the works to clear the field of candidates and put a youngish Deep Stater on the Dem ballot and leave the GOP with the likes of RINO Haley. Imagine if the DOJ told both candidates that they would get immunity from prosecution (and their families...) if they admit guilt and drop out and agree to a lifetime ban on political activity. And, the states would be part of this after the DS twisted a few DA and AG arms.

That is my conspiracy theory of the day.

How bad can it be if theyve chosen not to prosecute the Big Guy? I mean weve all seen the garage photo - what could be worse than that? That alone should be enough for charges. Given the fact he was a Senator when the took them and has no authority to have done so makes all of this an easy case…. But no.

“Justice Department policy prohibits the indictment of a sitting president and, unlike in the Trump investigation, no evidence has emerged to suggest that Biden engaged in comparable conduct or willfully held onto records he wasn´t supposed to have.“

Trump as Presientblegally had the right to the records. He legally had the right to declassify those records. Trump had a duty to keep records for a library. Trump never used those records for financial gain.

Biden never had a right to those records, ever. All records he kept he willfully and illegally kept. Was any information on those records used by Joe Biden Business associates and can be identified on the Hunter Biden laptop?

The “spin” goes thick with the media and the DOJ.

Biden has enough against him that this is just another item. Should be evident by now that the whole country knows he is not fit to serve. Apparently, there are a few others in our country that hold power of some sort that the same could be said of them. If all the voting was on the up & up,this might have been accomplished well before now.
