Hosts on Russian state-run television recently hyped up the news that former Fox News host Tucker Carlson was spotted visiting Moscow.

On Sunday, Julia Davis, founder of the Russian Media Monitor watchdog group, shared a clip to X from a recent broadcast of Solovyov Live in which the hosts discussed Carlson's appearance in Russia and mocked Americans in response to it.
"Americans are in shock. What is happening?" one of the hosts asked. "How did one of the best-known American journalists, Tucker Carlson, suddenly end up in Russia somehow and even went to the Bolshoi Theater to see the Spartacus ballet?"
The hosts went on to note that no official information is available as to what Carlson intends to do in Russia, while also mentioning his past claims about wanting to interview Putin, but being prevented from doing so by the U.S. government.

Exactly. Why would I as an American (not Canadian, French or German) be shocked? No one batted an eyelid when Hunter visited China and brokered a bunch of grift deals. No one bats an eyelid when some Democrat politician shill visits these places....

If he were to interview Putin, or Zelinsky, or any other higher up the food chain locally, I would certainly like to hear what they have to say.
I’d like to hear an interview, too. But I doubt it would change my mind wrt to wasting money on defending Ukraine while my country is being invaded by millions from the south.

Maybe if they’re still forbidding him from interviewing Putin he could interview Lavrov. Lavrov speaks fluent English and is well spoken and intelligent. That would really p*ss off the deep state considering Tucker’s audience size. How can they forbid him from interviewing Putin anyway?

Yeah he was an actor. That’s old news. The big news nowadays is that Zelensky is going to get rid of Valerii Zaluzhnyi as the Commander in Chief. That’s bad news because he’s a realist. And he’s not afraid to tell Zelensky “no”.
Been there, done that…even got Alexander Solzhenitsyn’s autograph that night at the Belshoi….when he realized my wife ( who spotted him) was American, he said he wanted $20 for his autograph….she paid him the $20…..a lot back then.

You would think Tucker would want to attend the ballet with his wife instead of 2 young men.
Just another Fox News talking head interviewing Putin after leaving the network (remember, Megan Kelly did the same thing after she left Fox News).
