I watched Pine Gap. Thought it was very revealing, suspected the white hats were actually behind it. (2d most likely theory: Black hats thumbing their noses at us.)

The whole “actual” purpose of 5-EYES was to get around the prohibitions the individual nations had against citizen surveillance. LOL
