You older folks, I mean more mature folks, may remember the Royal Enfield motorcycle brand. Now made in India, a review of their latest bike gave it very high marks for build quality. Too often you see a vintage name that was sold, and then you get low quality, but not in this case.

A friend traveled to Taiwan back in the early 80s, sent me a clipping from the local news with the headline,

Minor rant here, been on cruise ships with them. Buffet no Siracha sauce at condiment spot, look around and one of them has whole bottle of sauce at their table. Elevators, Chinese rush on elevator when door opens don’t wait for anyone to get off, British and German passengers offended enough to say something. I guess I am some old Texas guy that hold’s a door open for a lady and says thank you to anyone doing something for me.
