An Illinois suburb decided against moving forward with a plan to have residents house migrants in their homes following a councilman’s viral proposal to put together a "sign-up" sheet.

They should have had two sign-up sheets:

• "Yes! I would gladly open my home to Third-World refugees whose true names, nationalities, and criminal records have yet to be established.
• No! I do NOT want to invite people into my home who quite possibly are suffering from such communicable diseases as Leprosy, Tuberculosis, Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, etc.
