It’s not even that. It’s an illustration of what a forgery would look like, if it had ever existed.
All anyone needs to do is look at the top left corner where the forger forgot to curve the security pattern where the purported physical paper (had it existed) bends. Looks like punk obama tried to do this himself. Probably got off on doing it himself. Kinda like when he scratches his face with his middle finger.

The statistics reported to the federal government won’t accept “African” as a racial definition, but the hospital would and the state authorities might. This was especially true of Hawaii, where there were people of so many different national origins. Is “Filipino” a race? Is “Japanese”?
They also showed back the that the pixels in the doctors signature was different than the pixels on the rest of the document. Leading to the assumption that it was copied and pasted from another birth certificate.
Plus as another Freeper pointed out in 1962 they never would have written in African for the Race of his father. It would have been NEGRO.

You are right. There are 2 possibilities here.
His supporters have suggested that he really was born in Hawaii, but by giving his birthplace/background as Kenya, it made him more exotic and interesting to his readers. (Pretty far-fetched, I think)
The second point is most non-supporters believe he attended college as a foreign aid student. So, if he was born in Hawaii, he cheated the colleges for the foreign aid grants BUT if he was born in Kenya, he cheated his way into the presidency. In addition to manipulating and altering his birth certificate, he has never let anyone see college records that would confirm his foreign student status.
As I recall, this is was the information that Andrew Breitbart put out and was quickly knocked off. He came out saying he had a huge announcement about the birthplace.
Could Hawaii possibly have been using Adobe Acrobat to format their birth certificates back then?

The OBOTS will attack the image as false due to the false source caption. LIkely created by them to muddy the waters as a red herring modified image. So one should not use that image with that caption, or crop the false caption off.
The search engines have pretty much suppressed finding the actual original image and pamphlet.

I must’ve misunderstood the post; I took it to mean Obama’s bc at the time of his birth. Of course, it could’ve been forged in the 2000s….

Hawaii will give birth certificates to the children of residents regardless where they are born so long as the parent requests a birth certificate within a year of the birth.
The doctor that examines the child during that year will be listed as the birth doctor.
I looked up the Hawaii statutes many years ago.
A Hawaii birth certificate is not proof that you were born in Hawaii.
