It was one of those commercials designed to tug at the heart. The urgent voice-over…the medical-looking footage…the appeal for donors to give just $19 a month…everything was meant to build on the charitable instinct of the viewer.
But the organization soliciting the funds was not working toward a cure for pediatric cancer or immediate medical care for children. In fact, the organization actually eliminates children while they are still in their mothers’ wombs.
I was shocked when I saw the Planned Parenthood commercial over the holidays. Rather than spreading good cheer, the organization takes the lives of hundreds of thousands of preborn babies each year.
But you wouldn’t know that from the ad, which never mentioned the word “abortion.”
How many people will unknowingly be sucked into the abortion industry vortex as a result of this commercial? How many people will donate, thinking that they are saving lives when so many lives are lost each year at Planned Parenthood facilities nationwide?
The ad campaign is just one more effort to normalize something that can never be normal—the taking of innocent, unrepeatable human lives. Under the guise of “health care,” Planned Parenthood is wiping out generations of people.
When pregnant women face health challenges, they need competent care. They require physicians who will do all they can to protect both mother and child.
Planned Parenthood’s $19-a-month gimmick is just the latest ploy the organization is using to build up its donor base and to try to legitimate what is at its core an illegitimate enterprise.
These are genuinely horrible people.

Dont they get enough Federal funds? Or is it because TX and other brave, honorable States have banned abortion, so that pp needs money? Why not raise the price of the aborted body parts that they allegedly sell?
