If you get the chance, I recommend watching the British action/drama series "SAS: Rogue Heroes." It's been renewed for a second season. There's six episodes in each season. It's based on the book of the same name written by Ben Macintyre. The first series revolves around the organization of the unit in Cairo by David Stirling, the recruitment of men like Paddy Mayne, and covers their service in the western desert in WWII. The second season in supposed to air this year, and will be based on their missions in Europe.

Mike Sadler is played by actor Tom Glynn-Carney. He's featured in both seasons. Bought Macintyre's book after watching the series. It's an excellent read.

RIP Major Sadler. When I was young, maybe 10 or 11, I read a book about the LRDG and was quite impressed. I can’t remember the title or author now, though.
