The US does half the medical innovations in the world. The rest of the world does the other half, but they usually rely upon work the US did to get their innovations.

The industrial output mismatch and STEM counts vs. China are a matter of public record.
There is a two hundred to one Navy shipyard capacity mismatch, but the NeoCons still think the USA is going to win a Pacific War.
The USA can’t even produce artillery ammunition, or other munitions in quantity.
At this point, the USA produces Wokeness at an industrial scale , but not much else.
A Wokeness Factory with nukes isn’t going to win any wars. Not against China. Not against Russia.
