Get sardines packed in olive oil and eat it all. Perfect snack of fat and protein.

The medical community has killed untold millions of people by telling them fat is bad for them when in fact, fat is the perfect fuel for the human body. The exception to this rule being fats resulting from a manufacturing process. All seed oils, shortening, margarine, etc.

My 8 yr old granddaughter makes a sardine and caper pizza when she comes over on weekends, it actually tastes pretty good.

Sounds good!

Like I said, we make our own. We have all kinds of pizzas. Nobody likes mine though.

And i enjoy Canadian/ham and pineapple with jalapeños.... daughter says I’m weird. Guess I am.

There is your handle sitting there on the top of the pile!

And here is a dangerous Bacon Badger with its evil bready crust! : O

Bacon Badger Recipe!

I am fond of Panera pastry bear claws, but am not posting the actual British Badger recipes that are out there!

(Who would have thunk all the places you could go with a post about sardines!)

Anybody ever eat smoked herring with beer in a bar? We used to call them blind robins. They’re very salty and smoky and surprisingly good with beer. They are also dirt cheap and require no refrigeration.

This takes me back to the late ‘60s and a bar called The P0lish Nook. Blind Robins were packaged like jerky and sold on a rack with small bags of chips or pretzels. All things salty to keep you buying beer.
